I am really good at line-arting and coloring anime pictures. If anyone who needs someone good at line-arting or coloring wants to partner up with me for the contest, then please tell me in a note or a comment on my page.

Although I don't get how it'll work out ... am I supposed to make lineart & have someone freely trace-vector that, then remove my lineart?

I figured that's how most folk can do this. It's really easy in Illustrator - that's how I do my vectors.
