Gah I got tabpwnzed.

Anyway, I'm looking to launch some art projects in the next few weeks but I want to make sure it's worth it. Would you be interested in projects for the Anime (and possibly Comics) gallery? There will still be contests, but these are just for fun.

Tell me what you think!

1. Your 'most improved anime artist' was a good one, and instead of having that as a contest (or as well as a contest), it could be turned into a project where people share tips and learn how to improve in the style.

2. An art collab on a larger scale - get a lot of people, as many as possible, to add add their part in to make one huge picture. Perhaps set a theme or something - maybe everyone draws a character or part of a background/scenary, and then they all get added together.

I think both of those are something I'd personally be interested in, so there's my two cents

People have been asking me to run another Most Improved Contest, I'll definitely have to before I get booted out of the GD's chair.

I hvae had a conglomeration idea like that in the works for awhile, I just haven't gotten around to it. Something for people to draw characters and I would photoshop them together. I definitely want to launch it soon.

Yes yes and yes! I would love to participate in anime/cartoon projects. There's always some really nice projects going on in DA and it would be so much fun to do some anime related ones.
